On Monday, fans from all over the world showered Ulaga Nayagan Padmashri Dr Kamal Haasan with birthday wishes. In return, the 68-years-old legendary actor took it to his own social media account, Twitter, and made an unexpected announcement on the eve of his birthday.
He surprised fans with a 12-sec video, announcing that he will be reuniting back with the ace filmmaker Mani Ratnam for a new project tentatively dubbed KH234.

This mega film is expected to be produced on a magnific scale by Raaj Kamal Films International, Madras Talkies and Red Giant Movies. In addition to this terrific lineup, AR Rahman will be composing music for this flick. (Now, this is going to be lit. A comeback of this trio)
The number ‘234’ signifies Kamal’s 234th film, this movie is set to be released in 2024.
This news was a jaw-dropper to everyone as no one expected that these two legends will be joining hands together after 35 years again. This duo previously blasted the whole of Indian cinema by giving a blockbuster hit film, Nayagan (1987), that has bagged 3 National Awards.
Nayagan is touted to be one of the best Indian films that have ever been produced.
