The Cammies is back and bigger than ever!
The 16th BOH Cameronian Arts Awards (BCAA) is happening on 28 April 2019 and the list of nominees have been announced. The prestigious annual award that recognises arts practitioners in Malaysia is proudly presented by Kakiseni and BOH Plantations.
22 judges attended 75 shows throughout 2018 and nominated the best shows for the ‘Best Of Awards’ while performing artists, including performers and technical crew, are recognised through the ‘Category Awards’. The theme for this year’s Cammies is Mulanya Di Sini as it celebrates new beginnings and 90 Years of Ummph with BOH tea.
As tradition would have it, the Collector’s Edition canister of the Cameronian Gold Blend tea was released by BOH to commemorate this year’s awards. To mark the 16th Awards, an Art Deco and songket inspired design that captures the nostalgia and elegance of the 1920s, a time when modern performing arts began taking root in Malaya, was created.

The BOH Cameronian Arts Awards is proudly endorsed by The National Department for Culture and Arts (JKKN) under the Ministry of Tourism and Culture Malaysia, and supported by BOH Plantations, PwC Malaysia, A Cut Above, M.A.C Cosmetics and Capri Communications.
