Anyone noticed a pop-up recently as you opened your MySejahtera app to scan the QR code? It would have notified you to update your app with more features to ease your journey on the application.
If you have not updated your MySejahtera application yet, please do so as you’ll be introduced to three new icons on the app’s homepage; COVID-19 Self Test, Emergency, and Health Facilities.
COVID-19 Self Test
When you click on the Covid-19 Self Test icon, three different self-testing kits are displayed for purchase: the Salixium Covid-19 Rapid Antigen Test Kit (RM39.90), the Gmate Covid-19 AG Salive for Home Use (RM39.90), and the JusChek Covid-19 Antigen Rapid Test (RM39.90) (RM29). Users will then be directed to a pharmacy e-commerce platform where they can learn more about the product and make a purchase.

Users who click the Emergency icon will be prompted to dial 999.
Health Facilities
The Health Facilities icon, on the other hand, is intended to assist users in locating the closest health screening facility. To conduct the search, users must enable their location, after which they will be provided with the names, addresses, and phone numbers of the nearest clinics.
If you are unable to see the updates, MySejahtera’s official Twitter advised users to close the app after updating, and then reopen it in order to access the most recent features.
