Suriya’s highly anticipated epic drama ‘Kanguva’ is all set for a grand release on November 14, with excitement building among fans. Recently, director Siva shared that they’re preparing to launch a second trailer for the film, expected to be released soon.

In an interview with ‘Pink Villa’, director Siva shared that a second trailer for the Suriya-starrer will be released soon. The first trailer received an overwhelmingly positive response from audiences, raising expectations for ‘Kanguva’ even higher. Siva also disclosed plans to extend ‘Kanguva’ into a second part, as the story holds significant potential for further development.

Director Siva, known for ‘Vivegam’, described ‘Kanguva’ as having a vast premise filled with varied landscapes and deep emotions. He shared that while writing the script, he felt the story naturally called for a sequel. The director also mentioned that the film originally ran for 2 hours and 45 minutes, which was later edited to 2 hours and 42 minutes, and finally trimmed down to 2 hours and 32 minutes.

Discussing the potential for a sequel, Suriya mentioned in the same interview that, as Kanguva*’s narrative concluded, he sensed that the story might not truly end there, as there was more left to explore beyond the events of the first part. He hinted at a “possibility” of a second part for this epic action drama.

In addition to Suriya, ‘Kanguva’ also stars Disha Patani, Bobby Deol, Redin Kingsley, and Aarash Shah in key roles.
