The film ‘Maharaja’, featuring actor Vijay Sethupathi and directed by Nithilan Swaminathan, was released on June 14 and became a major success. Following its blockbuster performance, the producers have revealed that the movie will be making its debut in China. The premiere is set for November 29.

Following its successful theatrical run, the movie was made available on Netflix a month after its initial release. In addition to Vijay Sethupathi, the film features notable performances by Anurag Kashyap, Mamta Mohandas, and Natarajan Subramaniam in key roles, supported by Abhirami, Aruldoss, Munishkanth, Boys Manikandan, Singam Puli, Bharathiraja, Kalki, Vinod Sagar, and Sachana Namidass.
‘Maharaja’ is produced by Sudhan Sundaram under the Passion Studios banner and Jagadish Palanisamy through his production house, The Route. The film features cinematography by Dinesh Purushothaman, a musical score by B. Ajaneesh Loknath, and editing by Philomin Raj.
