For the past several years, many top directors have expressed their desire to adapt the most popular historical novel, Ponniyin Selvan into a film. The book traces the life of the most popular among the Chozha kings, Raja Raja Chozhan I.
Soundarya has announced that she will be bringing this history to life through a web series. She took to Twitter to reveal, “Ponniyin Selvan – This is THE EPIC. I have to and want to do justice to it and do it right. Taking all efforts to ensure the initial work is done with all clarity.
