The makers of Jayam Ravi’s upcoming romantic film ‘Kadhalikka Neramillai’ announced on New Year’s Day that the movie will be released in theatres on January 14, coinciding with the Pongal festival. Directed by Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi, the film features Nithya Menen as the female lead. The film’s production was completed in May 2024, and since then, the team has been working on the final touches in preparation for its theatrical debut.
‘Kadhalikka Neramillai’ is produced by Red Giant Movies. In addition to the lead actors, the film will feature a supporting cast that includes Yogi Babu, Lal, Vinay Ray, Lakshmy Ramakrishnan, Mano, TJ Banu, John Kokken, Vinothini, and others.

The music for ‘Kadhalikka Neramillai’ is composed by AR Rahman, with cinematography handled by Gavemic Ary and editing by Lawrence Kishore. The film’s co-producers are M Shenbaga Moorthy and R Arjun Durai.
Jayam Ravi’s most recent appearance was in the romantic comedy ‘Brother’, directed by M Rajesh, where Priyanka Mohan played the female lead, alongside Natty, Bhumika Chawla, Rao Ramesh, and Saranya Ponvannan in supporting roles. Kiruthiga, who made her directorial debut with ‘Vanakkam Chennai’ in 2014, is also known for directing ‘Kaali’ with Vijay Antony and the ZEE5 web series ‘Paper Rocket’.
‘Kadhalikka Neramillai’ marks a promising collaboration between the director and the actors, and fans are eagerly awaiting its release.
