Tamil Cinema’s leading actor Sivakarthikeyan has been the one celebrity in the past few months and years to make headlines. His upcoming film Parasakthi has already created an excitement within his fans and film enthusiasts. It is said that the actor, who is collaborating with Sudha Kongara for this period drama, has reportedly chosen a profit share model instead of receiving a fixed salary.

According to the latest news, Sivakarthikeyan takes a step from the traditional payment method, opting instead for a share of the film’s profit post release. This model, frequently adopted by actors like Prabhas and Allu Ajun, has its risk and rewards. If Parasakthi performs great at the box office, Sivakarthikeyan stands to earn significantly more than his usual salary.

However if the film does not go well, his earnings could be lower than a fixed paycheck. This decision not only reflects his confidence in the film but also demonstrates his belief in the creative vision of director Sudha Kongara.

Recent reports have also revealed that the film’s budget exceeded over Rs 200 crore, making it an ambitious project. The actor’s decision to align his earnings with the film’s success may also be a strategic move to support the project financially ensuring its profitability.
