Tipped to be a thriller that revolves around a family, the film will see Jyothika and Karthi play siblings.
Actor Sowcar Janaki, who was last seen on screen in Telugu film Babu Bangaram, has been roped in for a key role in Jyothika’s next yet-untitled project with director Jeethu Joseph, who returns to Tamil filmdom with this project, which also stars Karthi.
Tipped to be a thriller that revolves around a family, the film will see Jyothika and Karthi play siblings while Sathyaraj and Anson Paul will be seen essaying important roles.
The film’s latest addition is Ashwanth, who had stole the show in Super Deluxe as Raasukutty.
Jeethu Joseph also awaits the release of his Bollywood flick, Body, scheduled to release this year. It is currently in the post-production mode and will hit the marquee during the middle of the year. The film has Emraan Hashmi, Vedhika Kumar and Rishi Kapoor in the lead roles.
Last seen in Raatchasi which features her in the role of a teacher, Jyothika also has other projects in the making. Raatchasi, directed by debutant S Gowtham Raj, also stars Poornima Bhagyaraj, Sathyan, Hareesh Peradi and Kavitha Bharathi among other actors. Sean Roldan has been roped in to compose music while Gokul Benoy has cranked the camera.
