Nawab Shah Plays Villain In Rajinikanth’s Darbar!

Nawab Shah, who was last seen in Tiger Zinda Hai, has been roped in as a villain for Rajinikanth’s Darbar.

Suniel Shetty is already playing the antagonist in this AR Murugadoss directorial and Nawab will join his gang.

Nawab will play a business tycoon and Shetty’s comrade in the film. He has already started shooting for his portions.

Bollywood actor Prateik Babbar, who acted in the Hindi version of Vinnaithaandi Varuvaya, forays into South Indian cinema is also playing the antagonist in the film. Prateik Babbar plays the son of Sunil Shetty in the film which is produced by Lyca Productions.

Rajinikanth will be seen in a cop avatar after a hiatus of 25 years.

Transgender actress Jeeva who had worked with Vijay Sethupathi in Dharma Durai has joined the cast of Darbar recently.
The film has Nayanthara playing lead and also stars Yogi Babu, Anandaraj, Harish Uttaman, and Bose Venkat in important roles. Music for the film is Anirudh Ravochander, cinematography by Santosh Sivan and editing by Sreekar Prasad.
The Mumbai-set film is scheduled for release on January 9, 2020.
