Applications for admission into Polytechnic Bachelor’s Degree programmes for the 2025/2026 academic year are now officially open and will remain available until July 4.
In a statement released today, the Department of Polytechnic and Community College Education (JPPKK) announced that applications can be submitted through the website. Applicants are not required to purchase a PIN number to apply.
This opportunity is available to graduates of Polytechnic Diploma and Advanced Diploma programmes. Final semester Diploma students from Session II: 2024/2025 who have completed their industrial training are also eligible to apply.
According to the statement, applications are open to graduates with Diplomas in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related disciplines from public or private institutions of higher learning (IPTA/IPTS). Individuals holding the Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM), Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM), or the APEL.A T-6 Certificate are also eligible to apply. The application period will run from 5pm on June 11, 2025, until 12pm on July 4, 2025.
JPPKK stated that these Bachelor’s Degree programmes are available at four polytechnics: Politeknik Ungku Omar in Perak, Politeknik Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah in Selangor, Politeknik Ibrahim Sultan in Johor, and Politeknik Sultan Azlan Shah, also located in Perak.
