Finally!
For the longest time, ‘Adithya Varma’ or previously known as ‘Varma’ had faced so many issues. Dhruv Vikram is all set to make his debut in Tamil cinema with the much-anticipated film ‘Adithya Varma’.
The film is a Tamil remake of the Telugu hit film ‘Arjun Reddy’ and he will be reprising the role of Vijay Devarkonda. ‘Kabir Singh’, starring Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Adviani is also the remake of ‘Arjun Reddy’ and has been doing really well in the box office.
Earlier, the film which was initially directed by Bala. However, it ran into trouble due to creative differences with the producers.
The film has been re-shot by Gireesaaya, an associate of director Sandeep Vanga who made the original movie.
The film stars Banita Sandhu as the female lead and stars Priya Anand in a pivotal role.
Dhruv Vikram released a video on his social media handle to announce that the film has been wrapped up. He also stated that “Adithya Varma is the most special thing that’s ever happened to me. He gave me a purpose, gave my life meaning, gave me clarity about myself and most importantly, taught me how to never give up. So much love to all the people in this video, especially the man in the last frame. Couldn’t have done it without you. #itsawrap”.

Mukesh Mehta has produced the film under the banner E4 Entertainment and Radhan will be composing music for the film while Ravi K Chandran will handle the cinematography and Vivek Harshan heads the editing.
