Santan Lands at KLIA Terminal 2’s Food District with Signature Asean Favorites and RM5 Coffee Deal

Travellers passing through KLIA Terminal 2 now have another delicious reason to arrive early. Santan, the well-loved food and beverage brand under Capital A, has officially opened its latest outlet at the newly launched Food District on the Departure Floor of gateaway@klia2.

Bringing the skies to the ground, Santan’s new outlet serves up a curated spread of Asean favourites and inflight bestsellers in one convenient location. Whether you’re just arriving, preparing to depart, or simply craving a flavour-packed bite, this new spot offers a satisfying taste of regional classic at wallet-friendly prices.

At the heart of the menu are iconic crowd-pleasers like Pak Nasser’s Nasi Lemak, Uncle Chin’s Chicken Rice, Thai Green Curry with rice, and Nasi Padang Beef Rendang, all served for just RM14. These dishes, once exclusive to AirAsia inflight menus, can now be enjoyed, on land, making Santan’s signature flavours more accessible than ever.

In addition to dine-in options, travelers can also be pick up Santan’s viral Ready-to-Eat (RTE) meals, such as the Mala Beef Soup Noodle with Chicken Slices. Created using advanced freeze-dried technology, these hot meals are ready within minutes, perfect for those on the go or looking to enjoy Santan from the comfort of their home.

No visit to Santan is complete without trying their famed beverages. From the rich BEST Santan Latte to the nutty ZERO Pistachio Latte, and other refreshing Club ZERO creations, the beverage menu is designed to refresh and delight. Sweet tooths will also be tempted by The OG Burnt Cheesecake, another viral favorite that has quickly become a Santan signature.

To celebrate the opening, Santan is offering a limited-time promo, But Pak Nasser’s Nasi Lemak (RM14), and get the BEST Santan Latte for just RM5 (normal price: RM13)

Bringing Comfort Food Beyond the Skies

Santan’s growing success reflects its bold expansion beyond inflight service. According to Santan CEO Catherine Goh, “Beyond our inflight services, Santan now offers Ready-to-Eat (RTE) meals through restaurants, convenience stores and retail chains. Our RTE range has seen strong momentum, with over half a million units sold in 2024 — a clear reflection of growing demand for our signature flavours on the ground and strategic partnerships with leading retailers. We’re pleased to be invited by Food District and excited to bring a taste of Santan to gateway@klia2.”

The opening at KLIA Terminal 2 is part of Santan’s ongoing mission to offer delicious, affordable meals anytime and anywhere, from planes to pop-ups.
