Renowned director and singer Gangai Amaran is set to take on his first-ever lead role in the upcoming film Lenin Pandiyan. Sharing the screen with him will be Dhaarshan Ganesan, grandson of the legendary Sivaji Ganesan, who will be making his acting debut. The film is penned and helmed by DD Balachandran.
Shrita Rao, best known for her performances in Aatral (2022) and Badava (2025), takes on the female lead in Lenin Pandiyan. The film will also feature Archana Ravichandran in a significant role.

Dhaarshan Ganesan will portray a police officer, while Gangai Amaran appears to take on the role of a modest farmer. Judging by the first poster, Lenin Pandiyan seems to be set in a rural backdrop. Further details regarding the rest of the cast, the storyline, and the release date are yet to be revealed.
