Marriott International, Inc. and Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) have announced a new partnership to open Four Points by Sheraton Singapore, Jurong — set to welcome guests in early 2026. This collaboration marks Marriott’s continued expansion in one of Asia’s most dynamic travel markets.
Strategically located within the Jurong Gateway precinct of the Jurong Lake District (JLD) — Singapore’s largest mixed-use business district outside the city centre — the hotel will provide convenient access to the Jurong East MRT Station, major expressways, nearby retail hubs such as JEM, Westgate and IMM, as well as family-friendly attractions including the Science Centre Singapore and Snow City.
“We are pleased to collaborate once again with RWS as we continue to grow our presence in Singapore with the addition of Four Points by Sheraton Singapore, Jurong,” said Gautam Bhandari, Senior Vice President, Hotel Development & Operations for Singapore & Maldives, Marriott International.
“This signing reflects our strategic focus on expanding thoughtfully across key gateway cities and underscores the strong demand for well-positioned, globally recognised brands that cater to both business and leisure travellers. With its emphasis on balanced comfort and local experiences, Four Points by Sheraton aligns perfectly with the evolving needs of today’s guests.”

He added that this partnership also builds upon Marriott’s recent collaboration with RWS to introduce The Laurus, a Luxury Collection Resort, as part of efforts to strengthen and diversify Marriott’s brand portfolio in Singapore.
Mr. Andreas Oliver Reich, Senior Vice President, Hospitality General Management, RWS stated “Our collaboration with Marriott to debut Four Points by Sheraton Singapore, Jurong, marks a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional value to the local business ecosystem. This strategic partnership enhances accommodation offerings for business travellers, enriches lifestyle amenities for Jurong Lake District residents, and supports the continued growth of surrounding enterprises.”
He added that rebranding the property under the globally recognised Four Points by Sheraton name will elevate its market positioning and strengthen its identity, leveraging RWS’s deep-rooted expertise in hospitality and MICE management.
The upcoming hotel will feature an outdoor pool, an all-day dining restaurant, the brand’s signature Best Brews™ program featuring local craft beers, a fitness centre, and 720 square metres of versatile function space ideal for meetings and social events.
Bookings are now open, with reservations available through Marriott’s official platforms.
