According to Prasarana Malaysia Berhad, the adjustments aim to ensure smooth and efficient travel for summit delegates, city commuters, and visitors throughout the event period. The extended operating hours will run from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. during the morning peak, and 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. during the evening peak.

The changes will apply to all RapidKL rail services, including the Kelana Jaya Line, Ampang/Sri Petaling Line, KL Monorail, Kajang Line, and Putrajaya Line. During peak hours, train frequency will range between three to seven minutes, while off-peak intervals will operate every five to ten minutes, depending on the line.
