Rashmika Mandanna was recently in Chennai for the promotions of Dear Comrade. While she is basking in for her performance in the film, the actress is also happy to making in-roads into the Tamil film industry.
Ask her about it and Rashmika attempts to speak in Tamil, saying,
“I am very excited to make my debut in Tamil. The project will star Karthi, with Bakkiyaraj sir directing it. SR Prabhu sir is producing the movie. I am very proud and happy to be a part of the film. It will be something new and special. The shoot was supposed to have started by now, but there is some delay. We will likely begin the shoot by August.”
And her role in the film? “Well, not now. I can’t reveal anything about the movie now. I am secretive person,” she laughs, adding, “I will probably talk about it during the film’s promotions.”
