Prakash Raj will be seen as a lawyer in Asuran. The shoot for the film has been wrapped up and we hear that the film’s lead Dhanush has also completed the dubbing for his portions.
This is the first time that director Vetri Maaran is teaming up with Prakash.
The film is said to be revenge action drama with Dhanush playing dual roles. The star cast for the film includes Manju Warrier, Balaji Sakthivel, Pasupathy, Aadukalam Naren, Thalaivasal Vijay, Guru Somasundaram to name a few. The plot is based on the novel Vekkai by Poomani. Music for the film is GV Prakash Kumar. While the cinematography is by Velraj, editing is by Ramar R. Dhanush had earlier played dual role in Kodi. The film marks the debut of Manju Warrier in Tamil.
