What a way to pay homage to the land of our ancestors.

People of Indian origin have migrated across the globe, contributing to the global economic growth and uplifting the communities they live in in more ways than one. From Sundar Pichai to Jay Shetty to Indra Nooyi, #DesiPower is definitely shining brighter than ever. To add to the one list of accomplished individuals is Youtuber turned talkshow host, Lilly Singh.

Lilly has gone beyond her millions of views on Youtube and video collaboration with International superstars such as Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Barack Obama. She announced earlier this year that she will be the first woman and openly bisexual person to be a late night talkshow host. Ever since the premiere of her NBC talkshow ‘A Little Late With Lilly Singh’, she has been receiving incredible reviews about how the show has created a perfect collision she has created between  TV and Youtube.

Today, Lilly Singh announced on her social media that her talkshow will also be aired in India!

She posted a photo with the Indian flag captioned, “INDIA, WHAT’S GOOD?! I’ll tell you what’s good. Since day one of @latewithlilly I emphasized the importance of my show being available in the mother land. And I’m happy to announce that starting September 21 at 8pm #LateWithLilly will be airing on @StarWorldIndia. Thank you for your continuous support. I appreciate you so so much. And now… we work on the rest of the world. Where do you want to see my show next?!”
