Last Saturday, a team of fitness enthusiasts, who are also celebrities and digital influencers in their own right, launched the BIGGEST Fitness Centre in Puchong. Established in 2007, VFitness is now an 8000 sqft. playground that promotes a healthier and holistic living.
Previously, VFitness was nestled within the IM4U sports campus and now they have graduated to a bigger and better space. The gym hosts equipments and facilities that accommodates everything from Hoist, Hammer strength, Euro Fitness and Life Fitness.
With the notion of promoting VFitness as a one-stop premise of inclusive lifestyle and convenience, VFitness also has Fit Kitchen, healthy meals kitchen, Waterworx, car wash centre, studios for fitness classes and training and personal trainers for hire. VFitness will also be conducting corporate Training, Health Seminar and Zumba classes and are introducing Boot Camps, Kickboxing and Muay Thai.
The fitness playground if a meshwork of aspirations of 7 young fitness enthusiast; pilot-turned-fitness enthusiast and entrepreneur, Varma, radio announcer, Suresh, actor and model, Pashini, Miss Universe Malaysia 2019 finalist, Nikita, fitness coaches and influencers, Varhoon, Kesavan and Kirthan.
