Vishnu Vishal’s next titled FIR – Faizal Ibrahim Raiz was announced in July this year. Directed by Manu Anand who is a former associate of Gautham Menon, the film went on floors this week!

The film which was supposed to go on floors by September this year was pushed due to various reasons, including Vishnu’s injury. Though the film was initially announced that it would be bankrolled by Anand Joy under the banner Sujataa Entertainments it was recently announced that the film would be bankrolled by Vishnu Vishal himself under his own banner. The film, which marks Vishnu’s fourth production venture, will be a Summer 2020 release.

Touted to be an action thriller the film will have three heroines – Manjima Mohan, Reba Monica John and Raiza Wilson in the star cast.

“A young Muslim man living in Chennai is caught up in an inexplicable situation which completely changes his life upside down. This action-thriller storyline captures his journey back to life under the current socio-politico-economic scenario, which is biased with prejudices, in a most entertaining and emotionally powerful way,”.

The film will also stars RNR Manohar, Shabeer, Gaurav Narayanan, Abhishek Joseph George, Rakesh Brahmanandan, Praveen K Nair, Prashanth (itisprashant), Vinod Kailash.

Vishnu Vishal was last seen in Silukkuvarupatti Singam, an action comedy film directed by Chella. The film starred Regina Cassandra as the female lead. Leon James had composed music for this film with J Laxman cranking the camera and Rubens doing the editing.
