Nengaswary Maniam; First Indian To Receive The AACSB Influential Leaders Award

Nengaswary Maniam is an influential business elite and the first Indian to be presented with the honourous AACSB Influential Leaders Award!

AACSB International (AACSB), is a multinational nonprofit organization, that aims to bring together educators, teachers, and organizations in collaborating towards a mutual vision to develop the next generation of successful leaders.

The 2021 Class of Influential Leaders recognizes business school learners who are leveraging their business experience for influence in unique ways, building on AACSB’s newly announced 2020 business accreditation criteria and a renewed emphasis on achieving meaningful social change.

Nengaswary Maniam has been presented with such an honors recognition solely due to her prestigious work done to develop and nourish the younger generations.

She is very keenly committed to strengthening the value of future generations through her community service efforts primarily focusing on providing human value services to children, mothers, and young girls through the Women Empowerment Program: Own Your Destiny, Elevate Your Life.

This program aims to create awareness among women about significant issues that affect their lives, particularly their physical and mental health.

The key motive of her women empowerment program is to find a way of unlocking women’s potential, assisting them in meeting their needs, and achieving self-transformation and realization.

Nengaswary Maniam has directed numerous capacity-building programs for educators to help them understand 21st-century teaching techniques. She has over 15 years of experience working with local and international organisations as a management professional and trainer.

Through Nengaswary’s wide years of expertise, Negaswary has offered the rise for VIP program, which is designed to nurture adolescent girls, assist them in developing good mental wellbeing, and affirm and inspire them in their future endeavors.

Nengaswary Maniam has served as the Project Management Institute Malaysia Chapter’s deputy director for professional development and has given invited speeches at both local and international institutions.

Nengaswary’s interest and participation in talent growth programs has gifted her with opportunities to meet with former US President Barack Obama and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Malaysia.

She has been respectably awarded by Malaysia’s Ministry of Health Malaysia with a certificate of appreciation for her role as the lead facilitator of a foreign fellowship program. 

Nengaswary Maniam’s constant effort in bringing a change to the community whilst nurturing young minds to yield better towards their prospects has brought about such an astonishing recognition to her services.
