Klang based music producer DJ Mastermind and rapper Karnan G Crak have announced their upcoming Tamil hip hop album. The duo has promised 7 tracks featuring big names in this full length studio album.
The duo states that this be the first time a turntablist will work alongside a rapper in an independent Malaysian Tamil album.
DJ Mastermind is probably best known for his remix of the tune Aalaporan Tamizhan which was released on Sony Music India’s Youtube Channel. He’s also had a stint in the United Kingdom where he performed with famed musicians such as Lil Jon, Fatman Scoop. He’s also performed alongside Anirudh Ravichandran, and worked on the Malay rendition of a tune from Kabali. He also runs a DJ academy in Chennai, India.
Karnan G Crak is a rapper and actor.
Their album is in the pipeline and will hit the market soon. Meanwhile, the duo are scouting for young talents to be a part of their upcoming music video.
