Malaysian rugby player Dinesvaran Krishnan has released an easy to follow workout video on Instagram.
Better known as Dugro, the Sungai Petani born lad currently plays for the Japanese team Hino Red Dolphins. He has been on the team for the past 6 years.
The 31-year-old was supposed to play in the Japan Rugby Top League, but the tournament has been put on hold due to the Covid-19 pandemic. As such, Dugro has returned to Malaysia and he’s been actively sharing his workouts on Instagram.
