The highly anticipated Malaysian Indian Wedding Photographers and Videographers (MIWPV) Awards and Convention scheduled to take place on the 25th and 26th of July at Everly Hotel, Putrajaya has been cancelled.
With the confirmation of the latest government announcement that the movement control order (MCO) is to be extended until the 9th of June 2020, the organisers of MIWPV have decided to cancel the Awards and Convention for this year.
The organisers feel that due to the circumstances, wedding industry players should focus on restarting their businesses and look at ways to recover from the lack of gigs.
However, the organisers have introduced many new and exciting activities on social media and via Zoom to continue engaging the community. Two in particular, stand out for us.

Onsmo Studio Lighting System has teamed up with MIWPV to motivate the photographers in our community. Weekly and monthly winners will be chosen by judges, comprising of the MIWPV organisers.

3) MIWPV will select the best work every day and repost it as their Pick of the Day
4) The Pick of the Day winners will be in the running for Pick of the Week
