It was the first of sorts over the weekend. After months of waiting, fans of live Tamil music finally got a taste of it thanks to Projekt Restart, a live streaming platform for Malaysian Tamil bands to perform.
Organised by RK Projects and Sound Innovations, this event was a absolute success. More than 1,700 viewers tuned in to YouTube to catch Kyra The Band perform live at the inaugural session of Projekt Restart.
Kyra The Band consists of vocalist Prasad Krishnamoorthy, guitarist Rohan Tankaraj, drummer Stephen Raj, bassist Sasitharan Davadas and keyboardist Daniel Selvakumar.
The live performance also streamed live on Facebook, garnering a whopping 681 views.
