Datin Sri Shaila V’s brand new single “Pen Azha Vendam” featuring Magen Vikadakavi and Aneithazef is not your typical Tamil love song.
The song highlights the battles that the average woman has to face on a daily basis, be it in their personal life or at work. The feminist song is promoted with the tagline, “A strong woman will only change pain into strength”.
Song lyrics are penned by Jai Alamandra Quest, while Yugein Dopekidd provided the rap lyrics for Aneithazef’s part, while Magen Vikadakavi penned his own powerful rap.
The music video is conceptualised and directed by renowned local actor, singer, and TV presenter, Bala Ganapathi William.
