Malaysians who wish to return home from Singapore by land or air will need a letter of undertaking and indemnity (LoU) effective 1st June 2020. The LoU must be completed as part of their documentation before they can return home.
According to the High Commission of Malaysia Singapore Facebook page, the application form is accessible via the Malaysian Entry Permit Application System (myPASS) website.
The High Commission of Malaysia in Singapore, Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM), and Iskandar Regional Development Authority (Irda) created the MyPASS. It is a new dedicated web-based application system to ease the process of the entry permit application by Malaysians from Singapore during the movement control order (MCO).
