Police received a prank call stating that bombs have been planted at Superstar Rajni’s residence in Poes Garden, Chennai.
The cops and Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad (BDDS) immediately rushed to his house but the family refused to let the team in to check.
The officials were waiting for further orders and finally were allowed to check the house. They later discovered that it was a prank call by an unknown person. This news created chaos thanks to the fans gathered around his house despite the lockdown.
The police are still investigating the prank caller.
