After Ponmagal Vanthal and Penguin, here comes another movie that will release on an over-the-top (OTT) platform. Danny, starring Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, will premiere on ZEE5 Tamil. The date of the premier is yet to be announced.

The film, which was been written and directed by LC Santhanamoorthy, also stars Sayaji Shinde, Vela Ramamoorthy, Anitha Sampath, Kawin, Vinoth Kishan, Durai Sudhakar, Bala, and Ramar. The music for Danny is composed by Santosh Dayanidhi.
The film is touted to be a murder mystery that happens in and around Thanjavur. A canine co-star will accompany Varalaxmi in Danny.
