Agenda Suria Communications is back with a bang this year with it’s Indian Wedding Fair this weekend! This will be the first exhibition to be held after the Movement Control Order (MCO) in Malaysia. At IWF 2020, wedding designs will be arranged by themes to ease your decision making by customising your special event with your own touch. This event is an all rounder providing you with a complete package for your event from cakes selections to pre- wedding shoots and hall arrangements.

In line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) imposed by the government, there will be a strict SOP implementation at the event.
There will mandatory checks at the ASC event venue manned by staffs at designated entrance and exit equipped with hand sanitisers and temperature checks to uphold the safety of people attending the wedding fair.
MANDATORY CHECKS THAT WILL BE DONE AT THE EVENT:
- Arrangement of the vendor’s booth will be planned & arranged with at least 1 metre distancing.
- Event staff will be stationed to monitor the social distancing implemented at all times.
- To be advised on entry point into the venue, ie. Security checkpoint.
- Download & register the My Sejahtera app on their personal mobile device for contact tracing.
- To be advised that anyone displaying any symptoms should not report for duty.
- To be advised that on arrival to complete a health declaration questionnaire.
- Body temperature checks are required for all contractor employees, suppliers, vendors who provide services to ASC event organizers and visitors or attendees before entering the venue.
- Persons with temperatures above 37.5 C will be denied entry and will be requested to go for treatment at a health facility.
- Once the health check is completed, scan in through MySejahteraApp.
- All parties are encouraged to wear masks at all times and follow social distancing practices.
- Usage of hand sanitiser before entering the event venue is mandatory.
- Any suspected cases (symptoms of flu-like or fever) have to be reported to the medical unit for medical attention.
- Attendees age 60 years old and above are discouraged to attend all ASC events.
- Admission is strictly controlled, granted only for persons with valid identity, ensuring traceability of all visitors that are inside the hall.
- Networking sessions & other social events will be not allowed during the event.
