The top 5 singing contestants of RAAGA Idol were announced based on online votes garnered from the 24 to the 31st of August 2020. These contestants were picked out of approximately 700 applicants.
The task required all contestants to upload a 1-minute video of them singing on Instagram with the hashtag #raaga idol and tag @raaga.my as their caption.
The top five contestants, Kamali Kannan, Shaktieswar Shanmugavelayutham, Darrshini Murali, Amos Paul Murugesh, and Yuwanesh Muniandy will take part in the Grand Final on the 6th of September 2020 at 3 pm.

In the final round, three contestants with the highest scores will be declared as winners and will take home a cumulative cash reward of RM 3500.
Winners would also have An oppurtunity to record a song with famous local music directors Sundrra, Jay, and Boy Radge.
