After the success of Geethaiyin Raadhai, actor and director Shalini Balasundaram is back with another highly anticipated movie.

Entitled Thirudathey Papa Thirudathey (TPT), the movie is centered around social issues and real problems in the society. TPT stars Shalini Balasundaram, Saresh D7, Kabil Ganesan, Yuvaraj Krishnasamy, P. Jegan, Manula Joseph, Irfan, and more.

Varnam.my reached out to actor, director, TV presenter Yuvaraj Krishnasamy to ask about his role in TPT.

“I’m playing the role of Krishna, who is Saresh’s best friend. I’m there for him from start to finish, and we travel together throughout the movie. I’m his support, I provide guidance, and Krishna can also be considered as Saresh’s backbone in the movie,” Yuvaraj told Varnam.my

“The interesting thing about Krishna is that he represents the audience and their emotions. Whatever questions the audience might have, Krishna will have the answer for it. You can say he’s the emotional representative of the audience,” he added.

Yuvaraj also noted that Krishna’s presence is the ultimate comic relief in the movie. Throughout the movie, you can count on Krishna to provide perfectly-timed humour and banging punch-lines for the audience so they can laugh out loud.

Want to see Yuvaraj in action as Saresh’s best friend? Thirudathey Papa Thirudathey will hit cinemas nationwide on the 16th of August.
