A short film with a ten-minute running time, but guess what? There isn’t a single line of dialogue in this film.

SACKED is a short film directed by Vicknesh Saravanan and starring his wife, Kasthuri Saravanan. It was released on 4th June, 2021.

Despite the fact that this film features a single character and has no dialogue from beginning to end, it is not draggy or dull. In fact, you’ll be on the edge of your seat, wondering what the character will do next.

There is no way you will be weary because the entire 10 minutes were intense.

It’s worth mentioning their camera work in certain shots in the short film, particularly when the main character’s face expression was recorded from inside the sack. Kasthuri should be granted special credit because acting while covering her face with a sack must be challenging.

Overall, the team did an excellent job, and if you haven’t already, check out the short film on the DEV STUDIO PRODUCTIONZ YouTube channel.
