Astro Radio has initiated the Kami Care Helpline, which allows the vulnerable Malaysians to send in their requests for help via WhatsApp to all Astro Radio brands and receive daily necessities such as rice, sugar, salt, flour, biscuits, tea, canned food, and instant noodles amid the hardest hit by the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Chief Executive Officer, ASTRO Radio, Kenny Ong said:
“We hope the Kami Care Helpline helps more Malaysians access their daily necessities during these difficult times. We are working to increase our support and reach to those in need through our Kami Care campaign and will share more updates soon.”
All Malaysians in dire need can submit their requests to the Kami Care Helpline numbers below at any time of the day. Listeners can also submit requests on behalf of other people who need help. All submissions to the helpline must contain the recipient’s name, contact details, address, and a brief explanation of why they require help. Those who are qualified will be notified immediately, and these essential kits will be delivered on a daily basis.
