The PAS Supporters Congress (DHPP) women’s chief, Kumutha Raman took her last breath yesterday (14th July) after battling COVID-19 for more than a week.
According to a Harakah Daily report, the 42-year-old received treatment at the Putrajaya Hospital after being diagnosed with COVID-19 on 30th June and was pronounced dead at the Putrajaya Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU) around 1pm.
Meanwhile, the Deputy Minister of Women, Family, and Community Development, Datuk Siti Zailah Yusoff, expressed her condolences to all of the deceased’s family members, hoping they will be comforted during a time of mourning.
Kumutha Raman worked as Siti Zailah’s special officer.
“She was a very kind person and loved to help those in need, she also managed and resolved many community issues and complaints.
“The passing of the late Kumutha is a precious loss for us,” she said in a Facebook post.
