Young national figure-skater C. Sree Abiraame turned in a dazzling performance by securing another win at the 9th Thomas Cup 2021 in Lithuania on Thursday (Nov 11). With the bronze won, the little prodigy sure did win the hearts of Malaysians with her cute and captivating smile.

The Selangor born native has engraved her name in the Asia Book of Records as the Youngest to Win Medals in International Figure Skating in 2019, and Malaysia Book of Records as the Youngest to Win “Skate Asia” Figure Skating Competition (Female) in 2017.

It all started when her parents noticed the lil one’s interest in skating as they brought her to an ice rink for the first time, not knowing that this would be the stepping stone in the making of a world class athlete. She’s a quick learner blessed with world renowned coaches and the dozens of skating videos that she watches daily on YouTube to help improve her form and technique.

Watch the full prize-giving ceremony below:

Congratulations and keep making us proud, lil one!
