Malaysia is finally taking notice of our local writers!
Who would have thought that our nation possessed a plethora of talents who’ve been making headlines for their creative ingenuity?
Having graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from University of Malaya, Thanusya has held an array of writing jobs since 2014. Based in Petaling Jaya, the talented gem has a knack for weaving words into beautiful and colourful stories.
She made her debut as an author with her three Malay novels entitled Tak Sengaja Cinta (2014), Cik Cemerkap vs Encik Selfie (2016), Savithri (2021) under the pen name Meera Natasya. Besides that, her name has been making waves through short stories aptly titled Komplot Menulis (2015), Sedegup Cinta (2015), and Legasi Bonda (2019).
With a flair of her writings, she has also published two children’s short stories, which were respectively published in the Kabin Biru (2019) and Detektif Ramadan (2019) anthologies respectively.
In July 2019, she was listed among 13 writers who were involved in the publishing of Kavyan Laureates Group’s Busana Bahasa anthology, where she has successfully written fragments of two upcoming novels.
Despite being on the sidelines, this young author owns a company called AGNI MN Media Resources which was established in 2021. Her company offers publishing and media solutions, ranging from proofreading, translations and editing at affordable prices.
