After spending two years under the darkness of the COVID-19 pandemic and ending it with devastating flood disasters, it is fair to say that people all over the world are looking forward to the year 2022.

Every sign is also ruled by an earthly and heavenly branch in Chinese astrology. The Year of the Tiger in 2022 will be a ‘water tiger,’ which is ruled by the element of wood.

The Year of the Tiger is the third of the Chinese Zodiac’s 12 astrology signs.

If you were born in 1962, 1974, 1986, 1998, or 2010, you were born in the Year of the Tiger.

Tigers will not do things smoothly whatever they do in the year 2022. They will encounter all kinds of setbacks and obstacles when doing things.

According to Marca, 2022 will be the year of the Water Tiger, which only occurs every 60 years.

This Chinese zodiac sign is known for its power, boldness and predilection for doing everything big, and this year is all about going big or going home, according to Susan Levitt, author of Taoist Astrology: A Handbook of the Authentic Chinese Tradition.

Things to know if you were born in the Year of the Tiger.

Tigers, like their monikers, are self-reliant, fearless, loyal, and have a high self-esteem. Tigers are resilient in the face of adversity and never give up when faced with a challenge; they are tenacious and determined.

Their independence and strong sense of justice are both their greatest strengths and weaknesses, since they can be rebellious and overconfident at times.

You can expect wonderful fortune in relationships and family life this year because the year is ruled by the water tiger. With hard effort and determination, Tigers might hope to excel in their careers.

Levitt said to Reader’s Digest that by 2022, “tempers will flare, drama and excitement will reign, and insane desires can become reality.”

So, instead of dwelling on the sadness and gloom of 2021, let us look forward to the year 2022, with the hope of excellent health and wellness.
