Beyoncé To Perform At The Next Big Fat Indian Wedding

We are still on that big, fat Desi wedding hangover this year.

In 2018 alone, we have seen Neha Duhpia-Angad Bendi, Sonam Kapoor-Anand Ahuja, Deepika Padukone-Ranveer Singh said their ‘I Do’s in extravagant ways, complete with destination weddings, luxurious designer outfits, star-studded guest lists and pompous ceremonies.

But that’s not all! We have one more Indian wedding that will blind you with all its blings and billionaires.

The wedding of Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal is set to take place on December 12, 2018. This is a union between a billionaire industrialist and the daughter of India’s richest man, Mukesh Ambani. You can only begin to imagine the kind of luxuries and ludicrous expenditure that will go down for this Shaadi.

One most important aspect of any Indian wedding is of course, the entertainment. For Isha and Anand’s engagement, they were serenaded by the mellifluous vocals of John Legend himself. Reports also suggested that AR Rahman and Arijit Singh made an appearance too.

To top that, the Ambani-Parimal wedding will see Queen Bey herself performing some of her greatest hits. Beyoncé will be performing at the Sangeet which is an evening of music and dance that precedes the wedding. The night of choreographed routines and vocal excellence, will be the first time that Beyoncé will be performing at an Indian wedding. Isha Ambani is a huge Beyoncé fan and this will definitely be a night of epic proportions for the couple and all their wedding guests.

The 4 day-long wedding celebrations was kicked of with an ‘Anna Seva’ ceremony by feeding over 5100 differently-abled in Udaipur to seek blessings for the marriage of Isha and Anand.

We wish the couple a huge congratulations on their union of love!
