Do you like writing? Are you ready to take the next step? If that’s the case, then this is the call for you!
We are thrilled to announce that RAAGA will be conducting a “Short Story Competition” in collaboration with the Malaysian Tamil Writers Association.
All local writers can now participate in this competition and grab the chance e to take home cash prizes of RM2000.
The following are the requirements for those who want to participate in this competition:
- Those under the age of 25 are eligible
- It has to be an original narrative
- The story needs to be written between 250 to 300 words long
- It should be typed in Tamil
The deadline for submissions is February 28, 2022. The completed storey can be emailed to @secretary.mtwa@gmail.com.
The winners who succeeded will get a share of RM5500 in cash, distributed as follows:
- RM2000 for first place
- RM1000 for second place
- RM500 for third place
- RM100 for consolation prizes
Furthermore, the winners will get the opportunity to have their stories aired on the radio or published.
