BREAKING: Superstar Rajinikanth Might Be In Malaysia For Petta Premiere

Just hours after the release of Petta trailer, we have heard along the grapevines that Superstar Rajinikanth will most likely be in Malaysia in January 2019 for movie promotions. Petta is said to be Superstar Rajinikanth’s last movie before his involvement in politics.

Popular Malaysian movie distribution company, Malik Streams Corporations has been given worldwide movie distributions rights from Sun Pictures. The CEO of Malik Streams Corporations, Datuk Abdul Malik Dasthigeer credits the great rapport his company has with Superstar Rajinikanth as being the catalyst to such a huge deal.

“Obtaining the worldwide distribution rights to such a highly anticipated movie is not easy at all. The competition was steep, but Malik Streams Corporations was able to obtain Petta distribution rights worldwide” Datuk Abdul Malik said in a recent press meet.

“I am so overwhelmed and proud of our achievements as a company. Words cannot explain how I am feeling right now”, he added.

Following the success of obtaining the worldwide distribution rights, Malik Streams Corporation has invited Superstar Rajinikanth for the premiere screening of Petta in Kuala Lumpur.

“We are still waiting on a firm answer from Superstar Rajinikanth on coming to Malaysia for Petta premiere but we are quite positive it will be a favourable response”, said Datuk Malik, who is also a huge fan of Superstar Rajinikanth.

Petta will be premiering worldwide on 10th January 2019. The movie is highly-anticipated for it’s star-studded cast; Vijay Sethupathi, Simran, Trisha, M. Sashikumar, Nazawuddin Siddiqui, Bobby Simha, and the brilliant music by Anirudh.

Petta is directed by the man behind box office hits such as Pizza, Jigarthanda, Iravi dan Mercury, Karthik Subbharaj. The movie that is produced by Kalanithi Maran and Sun Pictures will be released in 3 languages in Malaysia, Tamil, Hindi dan Telugu.
