Louis Vuitton has named Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone as its new House ambassador, marking yet another triumph for diversity in fashion.
Deepika is the first Indian face of the French luxury brand, joining a growing list of Louis Vuitton ambassadors throughout the globe. The Bollywood actress is the face of the new Dauphine bag campaign from the premium fashion house. Designer Nicolas Ghesquière’s choice in choosing this actress to be featured in Louis Vuitton’s Pre-Fall 2020 is no surprise.
To make her association with the company official, Deepika flaunts Louis Vuitton’s new Dauphine bag campaign featuring the monogram shoulder bag while dressed in all-white outfits. Emma Stone and Zhou Dongyu are also ambassadors, contributing their star power to the campaign.
Only a few days after being named the Louis Vuitton House Ambassador, Deepika Padukone made her first official visit to the United States on 12th May as she attended Louis Vuitton’s 2023 Cruise Show in San Diego, California.
The actress grazes the red carpet with an oversized jacket as she slung the much talked about LV bag on her shoulder. With a top knot, Deepika looked absolutely fabulous and chic as she matched with tan-brown knee-high boots.
Her bold style, which she lavished on the red carpets of the Met Gala and the Cannes Film Festival, is what makes her an excellent choice for Louis Vuitton.
