Waking up early and tidying up your home before going to work must be impossible. On weekdays, though, you hardly have time to decorate it. Also, exercising can help to cleanse your mind and give you more energy for the remainder of the weekend. If you’re a gym rat, do home workouts for the weekend instead of going to the gym. You also must be unable to exercise during the week so do it during the weekends. Get your family and friends together, and make a day out for self-pampering.
