Melaka had long been famed for its historic culture and delicious local cuisine. While Melaka is best known for its local cuisine, there are also plenty of attractive insta-worthy cafes that you definitely should try out while your visit to this small UNESCO Heritage Site.

Here are a selection of interesting and amazing cafes where you can photograph the moments for your Instagram feed.

The interior of this cafe is very stunning, surrounded with a variety of antiques and beautiful plants adorning the place. You will have a great time capturing pictures for your Instagram right here. This cafe serves a wide range of delectable western dishes and desserts. You should not miss trying their fluffy pancakes, which come in a variety of authentic flavours including Durian, Kaya and many more.

Location: No 21A, Jalan Hang Jebat, Malacca

This cafe would be a great location for you to sit and relax while enjoying a drink. This cafe’s interior is tastefully adorned with painted wooden planks, posters, and antique clocks, giving it a rustic air, it plays a melodic song in the background. The cafe serves coffee with toasted, crunchy croissants by their cheerful staff. Their barista’s specialty is Gula Melaka coffee, which is made adding palm sugar to cappuccino to add flavour. and curacao coffee, which is made form the dried peel of a laraha citrus fruit. This is quite a unique combination that you should experience.

Do not judge the interior of the cafe, just by its name! This cafe is a comfy spot that will make your social feed look cooler with its antique brick wall, fantastic wall murals, and rustic atmosphere. Their menu includes main courses, coffee, appetisers, desserts, and everything else you would expect from a cafe, all served in an old school setting. You will fall in love with this cafe, if you enjoy both heritage and fine coffee.

This place is a charming eatery. You can feel the sense of being in natural style and cozy comfort when entering the cafe, which is adorned with picturesque plant decor. Their menu focuses on innovative western cuisine, which is executed flawlessly. You may order pasta, burgers, and delectable desserts here, all of which are cooked with love and natural ingredients.

This cafe serves excellent coffee and cakes. A placard placed on the glass door at the cafe entry reads “Serious Coffee Drinker Only”, so don’t just walk away. Inside the cafe, the main attraction is a vintage Volkswagen that also serves as a bar counter, which is a great spot for you to capture the memory and post on your socials. Perfect place to sip a cup of coffee while eating a slice of homemade cheesecake or other cakes. Go for their hand brews if you are a serious coffee drinker who knows what you are doing.

This cafe is the place to go if you want a superb coffee in a minimalist setting. It s worth noting that this cafe is one of Tokyo’s must visit cafes, with two locations in Melaka presently. The coffee beans they use are sourced from Taiwan and Japan, and they are brewed in a unique Italian style that is smooth and rich in flavour.

This is a minimalist themed cafe with excellent photo opportunities for you. The interior is decorated in a white and brown colour scheme with a dash of blue that works well together. Furthermore, their menu is clear and straightforward, with options such as All Day Breakfast, Smoothie Bowls, coffee, and juices. At this cafe, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy their main courses or brews with your pals. You will feel right at home.
