Hey folks! The topic of the day will be kulfi.

Wait, though! Some of you may not fully understand what kulfi is or what makes it exceptional.

No probs! You’ll find out from the author.

“Kulfi” or “Qulfi” is considered to be a traditional ice cream in India that date backs to the 16th century.

In contrast to western ice cream, kulfi is created without the use of water and solely uses pure boiled milk and natural flavours. The end product is a dessert that is dense, incredibly flavourful, and delicious.

The basic ingredients for kulfi are condensed milk (milk and sugar) and flavorful additions like saffron, cardamom, rosewater, mango, and pistachio. In India, desserts are where you’ll most often find these flavours.

Kulfi is typically served in small clay pots or in a conical shape while being gripped by a stick.

Since Kulfi just contains milk, sugar, and natural flavorings—no eggs or preservatives—it is a healthier alternative to regular American ice cream.

You could start to salivate while reading about kulfi. You may, however, taste it for yourself. Kulfi is currently in Malaysia and is very popular at various Indian restaurants.

The eateries listed below serves savory and delectable kulfi;
