A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Prestine Education and Wilmington University paves the way for the university to offer manufacturing-related courses.
Wilmington University features specialised manufacturing industry-specific courses from Pristine Education, which promotes knowledge in the manufacturing sciences.
Among the courses that have been designed for Wilmington University are Manufacturing Management, Industrial Engineering, Robotics and Mechatronics, Engineering Management, HR with Industrial Psychology and Product Industrialization.
The courses are built with components of design thinking and a six sigma approach in problem solving and process improvement, which are very vital in supporting the operations of the manufacturing industry. – Chairman of Prestine, Dr. Priscilla Prasena.
Gallup’s Clifford’s Strength-based approach is persistently emphasised by Pristine Education in enrolling students and discovering their primary strengths. With the use of these, students will be able to identify their strengths and use them to choose the best courses or career paths.
“Numerous manufacturing concepts have arisen as a result of the quick improvements in commerce, technology, and applications. The industry 4.0 revolution and digitalization are two things for which we are making sure that our students are adequately prepared”, stated Chairman of Prestine Education.
The courses are slated to commence in October 2022 and will be taught using an online distance learning platform.
