A short film that portrays the true story of those who were affected by war should be primarily seen through a lens of entertainment, and guess what?

Sanjay Dutt’s “I’m gonna tell God everything” flick is truly a gem and we should not miss watching it at any cost. Each performance by the entire cast outshines in displaying complex emotions in a particular scene.

So, what’s the short flick all about?

Penned and helmed by Dev Pinn, the tale begins with a 5-year-old Syrian boy who succumbed to injuries in a hospital before he uttered his last “heart-wrenching” words. The little boy said, “I’m gonna tell God everything”, minutes before he left the world.

Based on a true story and real event with a rollercoaster of emotions, “I am going to tell God everything” depicts the outcome of the war and its devastating impacts, especially on children & women. Produced by an Indian American film producer Jay Patel, this short film solely emphasises non-violence and anti-war elements.

What made the writer get emotional while watching the film?

Well, as all of us know, a screenplay is an important element for a film, and the scriptwriter has penned it in a way that is related to the Syria war zone.

Since the multiple award-winning short films were released on YouTube, it has gotten an overwhelmingly positive response from the audiences, including the actor Madhavan as well.
