Recently, two certified trainers who have trained in various corporate sectors locally and internationally, Dr Priscilla Prasena and Dr Magindren have marked their entry into the Malaysia Book of Records for Training the Most Number of Corporate Fields in 3 days.

The training subjects include Data Science, Project Management, Six Sigma, Psychology, Manufacturing, Leadership, Human Resources, Business, Strategic Management, Corporate Governance, Change Management, Corporate Communications, Design Thinking, Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, and more.

The 3-day relay training was conducted by Dr Priscilla and Dr Magindren switched between day and night.

Participants from India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Africa, Buthan, Nepal, Bangladesh and other parts of the world are involved in this 3 days relay training. All the participants who completed the training received a certificate of participation accredited by Cambridge Professional Academy.

The official organizers who supported the training event along with the coordination were Prestine International Sdn Bhd, AntsBees Sdn Bhd and Maslow Training Sdn Bhd.

Dr Priscilla Prasena, who had previously secured a National record for having the most number of professional certifications by an individual on (13th October 2020) said accomplishing this task is not an easy task to complete since they need to change the field every 2 to 3 hours.

“When you change fields, you have to quote new case studies, you have to look at various industries, we had to quote many examples of different companies to our participants and we had to dive more into industrial know-how as well as theories as to ensure participants are able to apply what they have learned in their respective industries,” she added.

Dr Magindren Kuppusamy said, “It was a challenge to keep the momentum high during the change of topic every 2 to 3 hours. However, the international participants are very engaged and supportive throughout these 3 days.”

One of the participants in this 3-day corporate training said “The information which was shared and recommended with others during this training sessions increases the value to our skill set and our knowledge.”

Congratulations to Dr Priscilla Prasena and Dr Magindren for this feat!
