Two iconic legends, Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan films are set to lock horns at the box office after 18 years. Times of India has reported that the films are likely set for release this Deepavali. If this happens this is another clash for both stars after their last film in 2005- ‘Chandramukhi’ and ‘Mumbai Express’.

Jailer and Indian 2 marks to be the 15th films of both stars clashing in the box office.
Rajinikanth’s Jailer
Jailer is directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. The film is an action drama featuring Rajinikanth, Ramya Krishnan, Shiva Rajkumar, Thamannah Bhatia, and Yogi Babu. Music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander and recent updates have confirmed the shooting is currently happening in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
Kamal Hassan’s Indian 2
‘Indian 2’ directed by Shankar is the sequel to the Tamil classic film ‘Indian’ which was released in 1996. The new movie features Kamal Haasan, Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, Siddharth, and Bobby Simha. The music composed for this film is also by Anirudh Ravichander. The film shooting is currently happening in Gandikota.
After a long hiatus, the current generation gets to witness the epic clash of both legends. Indeed a Rajini vs Kamal clash after an 18 years gap.
